I have an Asteroids Deluxe here that is very playable but the cabinet
is beat to all getup.

I would love to find a good quality home to put this in perferably
with a coin door and a good CP but I would be willing to just take the
wood with the good artwork.

Would be willing to travel for one in excellent shape.

You're probably better off selling your old one and just buying a better
game. For the most part, any really nice cabinets that have no water damage
and great sideart will most likely still have Asteroids Deluxe still in
them. It's unlikely that any converted or empty cabinets are around in mint
condition waiting for new parts to be reinstalled. If a game has been
stripped before, there's usually a reason. I'm not trying to discourage you
in your search. Just bringing an experienced point of view for you to
consider. Good luck.

I understand what your saying but there are pleanty of people parting
out machines that don't work. I'm just hoping someone who may be
parting one out may see this and think twice about tossing a cabinet.
I'm not looking for mint by any means I am just looking for something
alot better than what I have (which almost any piece of particle board
is).
