Want my pc to look good

Hello. Im building a new gaming pc. I have all the components red like ram, motherboard and graphic card but im thinking of getting thermaltake v71 case which has big 200mm fan with blue leds. So my question is if i put red leds to light up the motherboard area with the blue fan leds turned on. Will it look good...THANKS...

it will either be a very cool superman effect... or turn purple 😀

worst case scenario is you swap out the blue led fans with some red ones or led -less fans

This really depends - no one is going to know this answer, there are too many variables such as actual color of the LEDs, ambient lighting, coverage/depth of color spectrum, and physical distance from one another.

Red and blue are two pretty classic colors, so I imagine it will look just fine. That said, you always would have the option to replace the blue case fan later on with something like this:

Depending on the angle it will probably look purple.

I asked because i dont want to replace the front(2*200mm) and top(1*200mm) fan both have blue leds. Im new to this is their anyway that i can replace the blue leds on the fan...THANKS...

As far as I know you can't replace the LED's themselves, you would need to buy a new fan with the correct LED color.

Usually they are glued into the fan so removal is near impossible.

TBH you can buy a RED LED 200 mm fan for 15 bucks from Coolermaster, I have 3 of them in my case right now. Its not even worth trying to change the LED's somehow.

As in turn the LED's on and off? Only the ones that are connected to the case controller. In my case I have the front fan connected that way, the others go to the motherboard and don't shut off.
