Want suggestion in choosing best specification from these two.

Which one I will choose

1. Intel i3 4130, zotac NVIDIA 650Ti 1gb graphic card,gigabyte h81m s1 motherboard, 8 gb ram 1600 mhz,1 tb harddisk, corsair 550 Watt psu.

Or

2. Intel i5 4670,gigabyte B85m d3h,8gb 1600mhz ram, 1 tb harddisk, corsair 450 watt psu.

I want a gaming pc but I am on a tight budget for now. Please suggest the best specification for gaming.

Well, you pretty much NEED a graphics card in order to play modern games, which only your first choice has. A GTX650Ti will run just fine in a system with a 450W PSU, so you could use the smaller PSU for either build. I would recommend XFX over Corsair though. XFX is built by Seasonic, and low-end Corsair (CX and GS) are built by CWT using some inferior Samxon capacitors that cannot take heat and are likely to fail early. If available to you, a 380W Antec Earthwatts (built by Delta) is another excellent budget choice that will have no trouble with either PC.

Not sure what prices are like where you are, but I would try to get a GTX 750ti if at all possible. They are similar in price here.
