[SOLVED] Want the font to be smooth, not too sharp

Please take a look at these two images:
Fine smooth font
Poor sharp font

I have changed ClearType text preferences several times but still texts don't look like the first image.

Under control panel > small icons, system > advanced system settings > performance > under the advanced tab
click visual settings. click smooth edges of text

Under control panel > small icons, system > advanced system settings > performance > under the advanced tab
click visual settings. click smooth edges of text

"Smooth edges of screen fonts" is already checked.

I dont see any issues with either of those images tbh. I looked at my font and it looks about the same.
