Are you using Windows 7 Professional version?
By default it has the Games option turned off.
To turn it back on go to the Start Menu,
Choose Control Panel and then Programs.
Use Turn Windows features on or off and look for games.
If you have friend that have Windows XP and ask him if you can copy solitaire to your computer. Go to "C:\Windows\System 32\" and copy "sol.exe" or "solitaire.exe" to your memory stick or send it to your email. Then on your computer copy it where you want.
