I highly suggest 1440p 144hz G-sync over 4k, it is completely unviable unless you go SLI 1080s, and 1440p 144hz is the sweet spot atm imo.

Secondly, here is the build I recommend for you IN your price range, it allows for SLI 1080s in the future, and features an i7 6700k, a mechanical keyboard and a gaming mouse.
Also has a 1440p 144hz G-Sync monitor, which I believe is the sweetspot for gaming right now.
