This is what i have come up with, Link
I would like to play games in 4k at at least 40fps and I do not plan on anything productivity related. Any advice towards different parts, hopefully cheaper, that would be great. Thanks

Solution
Here's what you can get if you splurge and spend a bit more.
You can power 4k at great settings and 60fps, but it is $200 more than your budget allows for.

Secondly, here is the build I recommend for you IN your price range, it allows for SLI 1080s in the future, and features an i7 6700k, a mechanical keyboard and a gaming mouse.
Also has a 1440p 144hz G-Sync monitor, which I believe is the sweetspot for gaming right now.
If you want RGB lighting on the keyboard too, get this: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/WxcMnQ/corsair-keyboard-ch9000120na
