I want to build a budget gaming pc someone says go with Amd A8 7600 processor ... Please tell e should I purchase it .. and I have 8 gb ddr 3 ram and nvidia gtx 750 ti from my old pc...

Most definitely not. If you are looking for a budget processor for Gaming the Pentium G4560 is a much better candidate. If you have a slightly higher budget a nice quad core i5 7xxx or Ryzen 1400/1500 are ideal. Just note these need DDR4 RAM not DDR3. Hope this helps
