Hi everyone! I'm new here and also new in building gaming pc. I need to mention that in my country we're not familiar with ordering parts online, so I am just asking for AVERAGE PRICE for each parts.
I'm looking for a gaming PC around 700-800 dollars (no mouse, keyboard, or OS included) to play most of modern games such as CoD Ghost or BF4, no I don't need to max out ultra setting, I know my budget is not gonna work, but as high as possible.
Also, most important is power consumption. In my country, from many gamers I know they always recommend Nvidia over AMD because of power consumption (yeah I live with my family, and I'm now playing just few simple games on my laptop, and it adds around $15 for monthly bill already).
So, I know I SUCK at writing this kind of topic, and also suck at English. To sum up, I need a gaming PC with Low power consumption at strict price.

this build is really awsome for the price but you might be able to play games a little better if you go just a little more for an fx-8350 instead of a 8320 its still a a great build for the price i hope this helps you out. yes you will be able to play most games on ultra at 1080p with 30fps (Smooth gameplay)

replace the power supply with this one

its 80+ gold and extremely power efficient for the same price
enjoy

Thanks for your fast reply. Btw, are u sure it's not gonna drain my money by power consumption? I'm not really good at checking those parts power consumption, but I notice that is AMD CPU 8 core and radeon r9.

thats a 80+ GOLD psu its the top tier in power efficiency and is amazing i have one personally and i love it

if you need some more information on power consumption ill send you a video about the 80+ series PSU

ok the build was around 780$ with a 80+ gold psu with upgrade room but if you really wanna invest in power savings then you might wanna get this insted http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182083

its an extra 40$ but its still a good deal for platinum there will be no room for upgrade ability seeing that the amount of wattage you'll be pulling is at max but it will be efficient as possible

be better off going with a corsiar cx 500 watts as its 150 watts less, therefore cheaper power bill.

Hey guys. Don't say if I'm stupid, but I really new with building. But between gtx 760 and R9 270x, which one is worth buying, depend on power consumption. If gtx sucks lower, I'd prefer that one. In my country, gtx is around 420 (oh crap), when r9 is 343 (still crap). In the end I still end up ordering online.

I will suggest you to go with a Nvidia GPU for the power consumption reasons. Thus, the GTX 760 will be a better choice. Also, consider replacing the FX-8320 with a i5 4670 (K or non K) if budget permits (without changing GPU) as Intel is know to have better efficiency.

80+ Platinum means the power supply will just waste less energy (mostly due to heat) not that it won't deliver the power required by the GPU and CPU & In most cases Nvidia beats AMD and Intel beats AMD with efficiency.
