Want to build a Gaming Pc with the OculusRift in mind

Hello,
I am looking to build a gaming pc with the OculusRift in mind (Ernest Cline fan). I have never built a PC before. All I know is that I will need Windows 10, robust housing, and Invidia graphics cards, not AMD. My budget is anywhere from $12-15 hundred.
