Question Want to build a new PC, will this dream of mine finally come true?

I've been browsing the internet for components to build myself a new PC from scratch.
I'm currently on an Alienware M17x R4 laptop, with 24gb RAM, i73610QM CPU and 675M nvidia GPU.
Most of the good games, I can't buy especially the next mmorpg games..
So here is a list of what I figured will give the most bang for the buck, I'm just looking for you personal opinions as I honestly don't have a budget over 2500$ CAD.

I will be adding 2 more 32GBs of RAM in the futur and I'll just be using a 256GB Samsung EVO 84 for the time being, until I get more money sorted out and maybe throw an old HDD on there, just for downloads and large files and stuff

Personally I think i7 9700k is better then i9 9900k, in my honest opinion I don't think the i9 9900k is better in gaming experience.
And isn't 650W a little low if you're wanting to overclock?

Thats marginal and for now. In CPU intensive games and in context of longevity, the 9900k is eventually beter.

The total power draw from that build is 450w max including OC.

9700k will be fast at games for 4 years and 9900k will be fast for 5 years, that's the kind of difference you're looking at. there is no difference today and maybe for 3 more years.
I really want an RGB rig too, that's the problem I'm facing with trying to find the best RGB gaming PC I can make for the least amount of cash spent, but still end up looking hella sick.
And by the time that the i9 starts 'outperforming' the 9700k in games, I will probably be shopping for a newer i9 and even maybe a new GPU, or try to sli 2080rtx.

I'd say the main difference is the CPU% used for games compared to the 9900k, the 9700k is higher.

I would say for such high end CPU I would use the Z390 Extreme.That might have trouble keeping up with the CPU load if you overclock.
