Want to build a new system in $182 need information on specifications

I am looking to build a new system for home use like for internet, movies, music and for few old games to run and one Tomb Raider 2013 which I want to play in future. I like new price quotation with the components that will best fit in my price range I like to keep my budget tight. So please help.

You can't create a PC for $182. Atleast a PC that will run.

CPU= Intel G530
MOBO= Intel DH61HO Motherboard
HDD= I am going to get it from my friend
RAM= I already have 4GBx2 DDR3 1066 RAM
Monitor= I have 17inch LG monitor I am satisfied don't want to buy new.
Cabinet= OLD system I have I can use it with powersupply which I will buy new.

But will the processor and the motherboard that I am buying will it give me a good performace and the 8GB RAM is too much in my opinion so 4 gb will be ok?

In my opinion, you will need more money and it is a waste to buy a ~$200 system, just save up. Here is a really cheap build-
