Want to build budget gaming pc

I want to build a budget gaming pc someone says go with Amd A8 7600 processor ... Please tell e should I purchase it .. and I have 8 gb ddr 3 ram and nvidia gtx 750 ti from my old pc...

I don't think anyone on here would recommend an A8 7600. The current budget king is Intel's Pentium G4560, though you wouldn't be able to re-use your RAM. You'd need to sell it and replace it with DDR4.
