Want to buy motherboard-processor

..I am in India and want to buy best motherboard-processor combination for my personal use.
I want combination which can last for 7-8 years from now in terms of speed and HD graphics..
What I am looking here is
1)DDR3 RAM Support
2)Onboard HD Graphics for FULL HD playback
3)atleast one SATA 6Gb/s port
4)PCI 3.0
5)7.1 ch sound system support
6)Windows 7/8 support


And finally should not cost more than 11000₹...

what are you planning on using this system for? am I right in the conversion of that is €153? 7 to 8 years is a long time in hardware terms just think of what an 8 year old pc would do in todays terms
on that budget I think I would go for an AMD A8 5600k and then a Gigabyte GA-F2A85XM-D3H motherboard, now I chose that motherboard because it supports hybrid crossfire so you could add a hd6570 to double your graphics performance afterwards if you liked but it does not meet the standards you set out as it has pci 2.0 and only 5.1 channel sound
