Want to buy new Mobo and Processor

Hello guys,
I want to buy new mobo and processor because many of new games now need sse4.1 code in their architecture & my processor is AMD Phenom II X4 840 & mobo is asus m5a7 8lx. So guys u can understand that my processor don't have sse4.1 and want to buy new mobo because its maxxed out on 8 gb ram.
I will prefer to AMD processor & my budget is 10000 rupees taking both mobo and processor in INDIA.

My config is

Mobo : ASUS M5A78mlx
Pro : AMD Phenom II X4 840
GPU : Radeon 7750 1 GB DDR5
Memory : 8 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz
PSU : Corsiar vs450

Since you need more memory, and also would have to change Windows it's not going to be possible to upgrade for that price likely.

1) 8GB more, or 16GB kit of memory
2) Motherboard
3) CPU (X4-860K ?)
4) Windows 10 Home 64-bit

The FX-4300 is only a little better than what you have now, and that CPU alone is 8,000 rupees.

I would personally:
1) Get a better graphics card, and
2) choose games carefully that run with your CPU + (new GPU)

Is there a LIST of what games don't work?

I know you need to choose carefully due to the PROCESSING POWER, but I've heard no discussion that the games won't run due to the lack of SSE. It seems to be true for a few, but again you don't have the budget to upgrade the CPU + motherboard etc.

first of all fx 6300 comes in 7000 rs in my local shop
and I want a suggestion on mobo
MGSTPP & Quantum Break r not working on sse4 it needs sse4.1
If I go for Intel processor what would u suggest.
