hi, for some reason, i wont need my PC dGPU for a while and i won't Play any game at all.
and i really like it to be as quite as possible.

if i take HDMI port out and connect it to Motherboard it self, Pc will use Intel HD.
but my GPU fan will spin automatically after it reaches 57 c ... (it has zero fan)...

disabling it through Device manager didn't solve my problem either.

I know i can take the whole gpu out, but i rather not to do this!
is safe to disconnect PCIE cable from my dGPU?
will it solve my problem?
can this cause any problem at all? i mean in the long run

Don't pull PCIe cable out of GPU because that may overload PCIe slot from which dGPU pulls up to 75W. Don't know what dGPU you have but you may be able change GPU fan speed curve thru it's control program or utility like MSI Afterburner or genera utility like Fan Control.
You could also try to temporarily disable dGPU from Device manager and in case of prolonged use of IGPU disable dGPU/PCIe from BIOS.
