Want to extend SSD partition, but afraid dynamic mode may not be bootable?

FIrst, here is my situation: I just bought a Samsung 500GB m.2 SSD to use as a bootable drive for Windows 10 (which is currently on a 128GB SSD m.2), and the Samsung data migration failed to clone it, so I downloaded EaseUs Todo Backup Free (10.2), and that cloned the drive, but made it the same size as the original drive.
All I wanted was to use the 500GB as a bootable drive with more space.
When I see the Windows 10 disk management, I see that 346GB is unallocated, so I tried to merge the unallocated part with the partition to increase the "size" of the drive to make it make use of the actual physical space. But when I try to extend that partition to make use of that unallocated space, it says that it will turn it into a dynamic drive, and the implication is that it would not be bootable, which is what I want to use it for.
Any suggestions for me? Thanks if you can help!

Well, for anyone who has the same question, I used the free version of AOMEI, which merged the two together, just as I wanted, without changing the drive to dynamic.

Now I just need to figure out how to swap my c drive with my e drive, but I'll put that in a new thread.
