Hi all.

Need an advise guys.

What to get a better graphics card which supports at least 4k resolution.

This is what I have at the moment:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 Intel Skylake ATX
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K 4.0GHz
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB

Can someone advise please?

Thanks!

Solution
Well around £400.
RMi Series RM1000i 1000W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply (CP-9020084-UK).
I want to get a 4k monitor at some point next year when I will be able to purchase PS5 to enjoy both - PC gaming and PS5 gaming.

400 Euros isn't really enough to buy a solid 4K GPU.

The best you can do with that money is a RTX 3060 Ti which isn't powerful enough for 4K 60 fps gaming; its probably only around 20% faster than your current 5700 XT. To game at 4K 60 fps with high settings, you'll want a RTX 3080.

What budget?
What exact psu do you have?
Is this to play the latest AAA games at 4K?

You will struggle to get a good 4K 60fps gpu for £400. The closest is the 3060Ti. No point looking at the 3070 as it’s barely any better than the 3060Ti. An I deal gpu would be the 3080 or 6800xt.

The psu is good, no problem there.

so a good graphics card would be around £700-800 ? isn't a new card comes out soon or something which should drop the prices down a bit of the olders cards?

The new cards only just released. The best of the last generation (2080Ti) is similar performance to the 3060Ti/3070 and still costs more. With Ray Tracing on the 3060Ti/3070 outperform the 2080Ti. AMD had nothing of this level with their old cards.

Edit: when prices normalise the 3060Ti should be under £500.
