Hi . If someone would help me it would be much appreciated. I have a Dell Optiplex 9020 core i5 3.30 Ghz desktop PC 4th generation with 4GB RAM. I want to get a good graphics card installed. I like the Geforce GTX 750 Ti and wanted to know if I can have it installed it in my PC. I am not hardware savvy and do not know if any other hardware is required in my PC to properly run it . I do not know what my computer's power supply is, or if that is necessary for the card. Can anyone advise if my computer is capable to handle the card without creating any problems. Thank you.

if this page is up to date with what you have, then you have a 255 watt PSU to work with, but thankfully a full height PCIe x16 slot. ttp://www.dell.com/us/business/p/optiplex-9020-desktop/pd

there is no mention of the amperage on the 12 volt rail, but you can likely run a GTX 750 just fine in it given Dell's offering a variant with a AMD r7 250 on the same PSU. (that GPU draws a lot more power than a GTX 750/ti)

oddly, the configuration page also lists two PSU's per unit. the second being 200 watts (but i only see one in photos). if you could provide us with a photo of the inside of the case, or at least the volts by amperage numbers off the side of the PSU we can better help. also weather or not you have the slim case or a full...

I checked the inside of the case like you asked , the power supply is the square shaped thingy on the top left right ? I took a picture but it is grainy and I cant seem to send it to my email so I wrote some stuff down, it says "switching power supply" on the top , there are a bunch of numbers and stuff written below, and on the right it says " Total power 290w Max" also the power supply model is "Dell model: AC 290 EM-01". I hope that helps you pasow.

oh and I have the mini tower casing.
