Want to install new GPU and SSHD

Based on information I've read before, you need to contact MS whenever you're about to change something in your hardware.

Soon I'll install a new GPU (GTX 1080) & a SSHD so can anyone here explain me what steps I need to take in order to get a functioning OS again after?

Nope, this only applies with specific Windows licenses when changing motherboards (Windows uses the motherboard as a basic way to identify individual PCs). When putting in anything other part you're fine. You'll just have to install the proper driver for the GTX 1080.
