want to install windows 8.1

i accidentally formatted both the local disk d as well as disk c. i have the windows 8.1 bootable disk. i cant get to the bios even if i press delete key 100 times. please help!!!! i am in great danger if my dad gets to know about it.

not all system will send you to bios by pressing DEL , some are f2, f12 and other F's combi. Check your board manual on the website to findout what key it is
