Want to know how much overclocking can my CPU take

Hi
I have an intel core-i5-4670k CPU and I have 3 BC 120 LED Fan coolers.I want to know to which frequency can i overclock my CPU without overheating it ?
also i dont know if it matters i have a Z-87 k motherboard

From the above, 4.4 GHz to 4.5GHz is achievable. I must add that different processors of the exact specs will overclock differently. Some will go higher than 4.5 GHz and some will be less than 4.5 GHz.
