i am getting this in the mail tomorrow

Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB PCI Express Graphic Card:
Powered by AMD Radeon R7 250 GPU
2GB onboard graphics memory
PCI Express (x16) interface

i got one yesterday but i think i bought a lemon so i returned it, i uninstalled previous Nvida315 Drivers, plugged in the VGA, took the old card out and the new one in, installed drivers, and nothing no fan spin no recognition of the card what so ever. so i figured it was a dud, so sending it back when i get the new one. lemme know if i need to do anything when isntalling that i might have messed up. thank you very much.
