i have iball zps 254 smps, want to know th wattage, here are the details
+3.3V 15A
+5V 15A
+12V 18A
+5VSB 2A
-12V 0.8A,
and also i want to buy gtx 750 ti graphics . please tell me that whether i can run or not

Actually it is the amps that count most, particularly the 12v amps which are used by the cpu and graphics card.

From your list, 18a translates to 216W.

A GTX750ti will use no more than 75w which is the max power delivered to a pcie x16 slot.
You are likely ok so long as the GTX750ti is not an overclocked version that needs a aux 6 pin power connector.
