want to know which cl ram chip is faster for my laptop

I have dell inspiron 15 n5030....the cpu is designed for 1333mhz sodimm--I found 1333mhz cl9 and 1066mhz cl7---after reading this site will the cl7 be faster in my case also?

No. If you combine the two, the RAM will work on the lower frequency, 1066. You would need them both to be 1333 in order to work at 1333.
