Hey,

From past month I've been chasing my parents to let me build a desktop for "college work" (gaming) and I thought I was successful until my dad came up with this Lenovo e41 15 laptop out of nowhere. According to him, one of his friends suggested him to buy me a laptop instead of a desktop (screw that fellow).
Specs:
Amd APU A6 7310 with integrated R4 graphics (512mb I suppose)
Ram: 4gb

Now I know I can't expect much gaming from this laptop but I need to spend a year till I can ask for a new desktop on my next birthday. So can you suggest me some games to play on this poor laptop?
And what about titles like PUBG, Fortnite, GTA 5, FIFA 18 etc.? Are they playable?
Also I wanna know whether I can tweak it to get a better gaming performance.

Note: 1.Please don't tell me to buy a new laptop because I can't till my next birthday.
2. Don't suggest me strategy games, I'm dumb when it comes to strategy games.

Please give me some hope

Solution

Well you got burned, hard. I wouldnt expect it to run any of the games you mentioned, at least not playable. Tweak it, if I were you I would not. I'd just live with it, and actually do college work with like CS GO or something like that.

Its just not worth to upgrade its components inside since its old. Im sorry to say it mate, but you gotta work with that for a while because all the money you'd invest would be better off saved.

He can't upgrade the components anyway.

He can change RAM mate, or even add an SSD. So yes, he can. Question is does he know how. And its not worth it.

Thanks guys for helping me out here. I understand I'm pretty screwed. I guess I'll have to continue going to the nearby gaming centre to play games. And yes, I can change the ram so I'll put one 8gb in there if it helps to improve the performance.

Not worth it mate. It just isnt.
