I Have a nissan quest 2005 and I want to make a entertainment/ gaming van with lots of electronic, so I can play online on the go and also watch movies. I want to use my van as a hub and get a small generator or some thing so I can charge my laptops/stuffs with. Maybe also small tv/monitor for a console/ movies. I don't have that big of a budget so I was hoping some one can help me get a bang for my buck and also advice on how I could do this.

You don't need generator for what you're doing. I'd add another battery and install a 600 watt inverter. I've done this plenty of times and it works quite well. In my service trucks I use a 2000 watt and an 1800 watt and they have been very dependable with clean power. I would recommend running the other battery through an isolator just because it would suck to be gaming in the back of the van and kill both batteries and then have to get a boost. If you need help with picking out the parts I am a generator tech who has done pretty much exactly what you plan to do many times. I even did a mobile gaming trailer once with 10 tvs and xboxes with a 20kw genset. I usually work on much larger equipment, like 225kw+, but get a lot of calls from...
You can get a 12v inverter that plugs in to your lighter that will generally put out 75-100 watts or so (sometimes more, but I'm not sure I really trust them as much, 75 watts down a 12v line is 6 amps, and the cables are usually small). You should be able to run a laptop off of that. If you get low power gear and a low power LED monitor you could run all your movies off of the laptop too.

If you do a separate battery bank you should be able to run quite a while and then have it recharge while the van is running or have a solar array on the roof if you have a budget that is a lot flexible :)
