So here is my predicament...

I only have one Hard drive, it is only 1TB which is almost full.
I got a 240GB Crucial SSD for christmas which i would like to put only my operating system on. I then got a 2TB SSHD to store games and documents ETC.

Which is the simplest way to move my files to where i want them on each storage device?
I have looked on many forums. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

The simplest way is to do the following.

Clone the 1TB drive over to the new 2TB drive.

Then remove both of those drives from the system, put in the new SSD and install Windows on that drive.

Then once that is done shut the PC down and install the new 2TB drive and boot up the PC making sure it boots from the new SSD.

Go in and delete the old Windows partition or files etc and in disk management extend the current partition so it uses the whole drive.
