Guess it depends on what you wanna do.
The NVidia chipsets are harder to OC.
The 9450 has a x 8 Multiplier, so you will need at least 450 FSB. (450 x the multiplier for 3.6 Ghz.)
Anything from the P5k-e wifi thats 150 bucks, to the Maximus formula thats 250, on up!
P45 chipset boards get REALLY high FSBs.
The ram should be 1000 Mhz or better. It will run at 900 Mhz while at that 450 Mhz FSB. (While in sync.)
But since no one really stops where they say they plan. You might as well start at your 3.6, and head a bit higher, and the 1000 Mhz ram will do that.
