Want to reconnect orange white power wire on case

Hi,i want to reconnected the power button on case ( white orange ), but i dont know which one is positive or negative on neither.Is there any way i can figure this out ? The case has 2 little metal wires.

1| What is the make and model of your case?
2| What is the make and model of your motherbaord?
3| Usually there is a + and - imprinted on the front panel connector wires or with a solid color denoting positive or even an arrow on one end of the connector(if you're looking at a twisted pair)like so:

Hey i found an old button and connected it into the pin, everything connects is there any chance that this might damage the board if the button is like really old? ( 10 years )
