I need a graphics card that will run 3 monitors plus a projector and tv (the projector and tv will be straight clones of the 3rd monitor) and I'm looking at the eyefinity R7 260,265x and R9 270(x) set up.

Its a computer I built almost 2 years ago for our church. We currently run dual monitors and clone the 2nd monitor to a projector through a powered booster signal vga splitter. We don't game, but we do run video loops with text to the projector.

My existing build is:
gigabyte ga-a75m-ds2
amd a6 3670k
1 x Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)

and this case with 300w psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811237025

my monitors are 2x acer G235H (1 dvi, 1 dsub each )
I have a random 4:3 vga only monitor collecting dust in a closet that I want to add.
Projector is optoma TX779p-3d (2x vga, 1x dvi, 1x hdmi)

I already know i need a new case and power supply.

For the card, I'd like to be able to hook up what I have now plus be able to run display later. I'd also like to stay under $160-170 for the card. I'll probably upgrade the mobo and ram later.

I'm going crazy comparing cards.

All the graphics cards have the same number of output ports.
So first choose the fastest card.
This will be your rough setup.
1. Get a DVI-VGA converter ($10) and use that on one port of the card, to the VGA splitter and run 2 monitors.
2. Link the remaining DVI to the 3rd monitor. If its VGA you'll need another converter
3. The remaining 2 HDMI ports are for the projector and TV.
4. Configure the AMD graphics program (Catalyst) to your liking
