Want to stay with AMD, what to upgrade?

hello everyone, it has been awhile since I upgraded my system. Right now I'm asking advise on what I should upgrade. At present my setup is as follows:

Amd FX 8-core FX 8350 4.0 GB
Radeon HD 7850 2GB
Asus Sabertooth 990FX r2.0
G.Skill Ripjaw 8GB-1600 2x4GB
Corsair HX 750W-Modular
Samsung SSD pro 500GB
WD Black HD 1TB
Plextor PX-850SA-SW

Budget Range: $500-700
System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies

I had to edit the list a little so mind me if the wording may be off, but ya spend about $20 extra to get a nice mobo and a Ryzen 5 1600x and a decent cpu cooler if you wish to OC. But I had to choose amazon for the cooler...sorry. But as the others said, prices are nuts.

Not really a good time to upgrade GPU prices are stupid and RAM is quite high. AMD also does not really have to many compelling GPU's out right now either, the RX 580 is a decent GPU but for the price it is going for right now it is absolutely not worth it. I would personally never consider a vega card.

The only AMD CPU upgrade path you have is a switch to ryzen. Which would require an AM4 mobo, DDR4 ram, and a ryzen CPU.
