Question Want to upgrade and move prebuilt desktop

Hello,right now i have a HP 280 G2 MT Tower PC(http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c04958603.pdf) that i want to upgrade.
right now i want to put in this gpu and psu

i am worried that these components will be too big to fit inside the prebuilt case and i am considering on moving all of the components to a new mid tower case/micro tower that fits.

my question is:
-will these components fit inside the case?
-if not can i move everything inside the desktop into a new case?

Usually the components of a pre-built system like this are proprietary so while the gpu will most like fit in the case I find it hard to believe you will be able to upgrade the psu
Same issue for moving the motherboard to a new case as the motherboard may not be compatible with a standard case
This is one of the disadvantages of a pre built systems

thanks for the response! im guessing to be able to upgrade the psu,i would need a new case,motherboard,and windows 7/10 dvd?
