Want to upgrade Celeron 1037u

I have a Intel Dual Core Celeron 1037U 1.1Ghz running on a Pegatron IPPCR-SS board, and I'd like to beef up the CPU. I'm struggling to find any info on that board and what CPUs it's compatible with.Preferrably an i5. Any ideas?

Cpu is bga(soldered socket)so you are stuck with it.
