I want to upgrade my CPU and MB

I want to upgrade my Motherboard to a Asus - ROG STRIX Z370-F GAMING
I want to upgrade my CPU to a I5 8400

Mainly because when I play Farming Simulator 19 I dont get a smooth 60fps

If you don't mind overclocking I'd upgrade to the Ryzen 2600/B450 MB or if you prefer not to then the 9400F/B365 motherboard as both of these options should be cheaper then the 8400/Z370 combo and perform just as well if not slightly better.

When changing over the motherboard you'll want to do a clean install of Windows & updating drivers.
