I am planning on purchasing Intel Core i9-9900K Coffee Lake 8-Core, 16-Thread, 3.6 GHz (5.0 GHz Turbo) LGA 1151 (300 Series) 95W BX80684I99900K Desktop Processor Intel UHD Graphics 630 and will need to subsequently upgrade my motherboard, I am thinking of purchasing MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard and was wondering if the motherboard is compatible and if so would it be compatible with my current gpu an MSI geforce gtx 980? Any advice is appreciated, thank you in advance for responding.

The cooling unit I am looking at is Noctua NH-D15S, Premium Dual-Tower CPU Cooler with NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fan (Brown) which will be compatible with the processor.

Legit reviews says that case has a 177mm CPU cooler clearance so that Noctua should be fine.
The dimensions for the Noctua fan are 160(h),150(w) and 135(d) yet the dimensions for the upper fan of the case I believe are 200x200x30 does this mean that my case actually won't be able to fit the Noctua after all or am I reading the dimensions incorrectly? Or am I looking at the wrong fan dimensions?

I do not mean to question you expertise WildCard 999, my apologies if my follow-up question came across as such.
