want to upgrade for BF4

I currently have a a10-5800k and a GTX 660. But am planning to upgrade and get a new CPU and get a SSD so that i can run on more higher setting on BF4. Does anyone have any ideas for a good budget cpu and SSD for $280 that will allow me to crank the settings up to high or ultra?

A better CPU might help a tad, but putting the money to a new graphics card be better for getting higher settings.

The Samsung 840 Pro Series SSDs are some of the best and fastest out there. You could snatch a 64 or 128 GB and maybe SLI your 660 later on.

I have extreme fps drops when playing sometimes will a new cpu stop that?

That could mean that your out of ram/vram... how much ram is in your machine and in your graphics card?
