Want to upgrade GPU in my Sony VAIO SVE15128CN

Hello guys,
I was wondering if i can can replace my GPU with other for better gaming gaming experience.
My VAIO model no. Is SVE15128CN and have AMD radeon 7650M currently and want to upgrade.
If it is possible with my model, suggest me other compatible GPU for better performance.
