Hi guys.......My current pc specs are....
CPU-I3 3220
GPU-Radeon 270x 2 gb
RAM-Corsair vengance 2x4gb
PSU-seasonic 620watt
HDD-1tb wd cavier blue
MOBO-Asus P8b75-m.
My budget is Rs-20000(I live in india) about $300.
I want to upgrade my pc (Battlefield 4 lags) So,what should i do
Get a new Ive bridge I-5
OR
A I-5 haswell and a new Motherboard.
Which will be more future proof................(I dont want I-7 or any other just stick to I-5 only)

it's probably more economical for you to get an Ivy-bridge i5, since the performance will be similar to a 4th-gen i5.

As to whether or not it will be future-proof that's kind of a pointless question because it will be obsolete given enough time. It will allow you to play BF4 at better settings than you are at the moment, which is what you want.

I'd just get the 3570. The cost of upgrading the motherboard to get haswell is not worth it. The 3570 will play BF4 without a problem.

Hmm, I don't have access to pricing in India, but the price of both processors should have been the same

sadly thats the case in india.. sometimes the shipping and taxes goes above the actual product price.. lucky ones who stay in the US..
