want to upgrade my cpu......

Hi guys.......My current pc specs are....
CPU-I3 3220
GPU-Radeon 270x 2 gb
RAM-Corsair vengance 2x4gb
PSU-seasonic 620watt
HDD-1tb wd cavier blue
MOBO-Asus P8b75-m.
My budget is Rs-20000(I live in india) about $300.
I want to upgrade my pc (Battlefield 4 lags) So,what should i do
Get a new Ive bridge I-5
OR
A I-5 haswell and a new Motherboard.
Which will be more future proof................(I dont want I-7 or any other just stick to I-5 only)

On flipcart the 3570 is 13,890. The 3470 is 11,800. Also if the Op is running an OEM version of windows 7 or older replacing the motherboard means he has to buy a new liscence, as the OEM copies are tied to the motherboard.

4440+MOTHERBOARD OR 3450

3450. The 4440 and 3450 are very close performance wise. In passmark the 4440 is only 30 points faster and that's not enough for any real world noticeable difference in performance.

now there are two situations either spending 20000 on 3rd gen cpu or spending them on 4th gen cpu and mobo.. u cant spend around 20k solely on an old gen cpu ... and i dont think any 3rd gen cpu is there with that price tag.. so my OPINION is go for 4th gen cpu+mobo which will have an upgradeability option...

3450/70 will perform just the same as 4440/60. No need to waste money on new MB if you dont have to...

upgradeability.. if there was no upgradeability .. i may have sticked with 3450.. 5th gen is said to support 1150.. and its newer tech man
