My rig is.

Motherboard- Asus M5A78-LX3
Processor- AMD FX-4300
Currently using GPU- Radeon HD7770.

can i upgrade my GPU to GTX-650Ti.
will it bottleneck my CPU ?

Solution

if its the max budget you can afford it will be okay, but if you can go a bit further i suggest you get a gtx 900 series card or an AMD 300series card.

660Ti is already 2 generations old

Gtx 760 is better than r9 270 but i think your cpu will struggle though and might be a major bottleneck....

if you feel like you need a bit more power on your CPU especially CPU intensive games/tasks then do a mild OC, make sure it stays on an acceptable temp

i think you should upgarde to gtx 650 ti and later when you have money upgrade your cpu to fx 8320 or 8350
this way you would be able to play battlefield 4 at 1080 p high settings smooth frame rates, even witcher 3 would run at medium settings , gta v at medium settings, but you need to upgarde cpu in future , and the gtx 650 ti is an external graphic card as you know well its not a integrated graphics card so it can later be used on other system in future.

With existing cpu and gtx 650ti you would be able to play battlefield 4 at low to medium settings.

Best option would be to get the best GPU you can afford, after obtaining one, time to save up for a CPU upgrade
