Solution
All of the cards you show except the 1030, and 730 are 2 slot cards. if you look at the metal bracket on the end you will see that it's twice as wide, and the video card is twice as thick. Single slot wide cards are very rare in the GTX1050/1650 range. But that's where you need to be for any 1080P gaming. It's a VERY specific card that will work for you. Not just any INNO3d.
http://www.inno3d.com/products_detail.php?refid=509You will need to shop for this by part# to get the right card. No vendors in the US carry them ASFAIK. Asia, and Europe they may exist.

2 slot cards just use one slot on the MB but they take up the space of 2 slots for cooling fans and heatsinks. They cover up the next slot on...
Info. on that is hard to find. I did see a photo of the MB and they put the 24pin MB connector next to the single 16x expansion slot.
This limits you to a single slot GPU.
King of the hill for that is the Inno3D GTX1650 4GB. http://www.inno3d.com/products.php?...[]=26&cate[]=27&cate[]=28&cate[]=29&cate[]=30
I would have 16GB RAM on board for this. Due to the 2 slots the next dual channel capacity down is 8GB and in a few apps that's not enough. But it will run OK most of the time.
You might be able to locate an older Inno3D GTX1050 single slot. ASFAIK they're the only one who made them.
With a 35W CPU limit on that and a 75W GPU the HP 180W PSU may be enough. Check length spec. on the video card to be sure it fits.

so if i buy a new psu are there other options?

No, because your motherboard still doesn't support more than one PCIe slot which means you have to get a new motherboard if you want to upgrade, and if that motherboard doesn't support your current CPU you might aswell have to get a new one.

so how do i find how many PCIe slots takes a graphic card

The problem is the 24 pin connector on the MB when it has a wiring harness in it leads to only room for a narrow video card. Due to cooling requirements there is no more powerful card in single slot than the 75W GTX1650. Buying a bigger PSU, or case won't solve either of those problems. The MB layout itself is the problem.

2 slot cards just use one slot on the MB but they take up the space of 2 slots for cooling fans and heatsinks. They cover up the next slot on the MB. Your MB doesn't have one, and even worse the space is taken upp by an electrical connector. Only the most efficient Nvidia cards can do 1080P in single slot setups. GTX750 is old and struggles at 1080P but can be found in single slot. The 1650 is about 1/2 way between a 1050-4GB, and 1060-3GB
You r other option is to save up and build another whole system with gaming parts from the start. MB, case, GPU, RAM. PSU.
If you want more than 1080P that's what you will need to do.
