I want to upgrade my PC from:-

My PC Specs.
Ram
Kingston - KVR1333D3N9/2G-SP
2GB x 2 = 4GB

Motherboard
Intel DH55TC

Processor
i3 - 530
LGA 1156 Socket

SMPS
Corsair VS 450W

Cabinet
Cooler Master K281
Graphics Card – MSI R7 260 1GD5 OC version.

To
Pro – G4400 or I3 6100

I3 6100 https://ark.intel.com/products/90729/Intel-Core-i3-6100-Processor-3M-Cache-3_70-GHz
G4400 https://ark.intel.com/products/88179/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G4400-3M-Cache-3_30-GHz

Motherboard
MSI B250M PRO VDH https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B250M-PRO-VDH.html
OR
MSI B250M https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B250M-BAZOOKA-PLUS.html
OR
MSI B250M Gaming Pro https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B250M-GAMING-PRO.html

But want to stick with my old Graphic Card, Cabinet and SMPS if they(GPU and SMPS) not bottleneck my latest build but if the do bottleneck then suggest me new also a motherboard from given three as they were in my Budget. Also in my old build I am playing GTA 5 and Hitman 2016 without any problem.

Also suggest me is that old and new one have no large difference in them, is it only a Gen gap like one is of First gen and Second is of 6th gen processor.

For the processor i will tell you too go for an G5400 or an g4560 instead of an g4400 which will surely bottleneck your gpu but in the future if you tend to upgrade your gpu to an gtx 1060 or an gtx 1070 i will say go for an intel core i5 7600k ...
For the motherboard i will suggest :- https://www.amazon.in/MSI-H110M-Pro-VH-Socket-Motherboard/dp/B01HTDFZK0?tag=googinhydr18418-21
this is a really good mother board supports both kabylake and skylake but if in the coming future you have plans for going to an 8ith gen processor i iwll say :-Gigabyte B360 HD3 (LGA1151/Intel/B360/ATX/USB 3.1 Gen 2 (USB3.1) Type A/DDR4/Motherboard)
ANd your power supply is more than enough to power your new build ! Plus will recomned to atleas upgrade your ram upto 16gb or if boudget is the issue atleast 8 gb !

Pentium G4400 and I3 6100 are really bad upgrade choices. Pentium G4560 is better than both of them in terms of price/performance.

But why don't you go with latest generation? For example - Pentium Gold G5400 or i3-8100 and B360 motherboard.
Keep in mind - this upgrade will require also new DDR4 ram.

As to about cpu generations:
i3-530 - is core 1st gen;
G4400, i3-6100 - 6th gen;
G4560 - 7th gen;
Pentium Gold G5400, i3-8100 - 8th gen.

According to you if I go with G4560 and MSI H110M Pro VH Plus (both were available at 3500 Rupees in Nehru Place Delhi) then my GPU will not bottleneck with G4560.

Ok.
But now my mind has changed suggest me Pro+Mobo of 8th Gen I5 as I can increase my budget to 25000(Including Ram DDR4 4GB @3500 and 1tb HDD @2800).
Later or I can increase my Ram to 16GB.
Also comment on my current pc spec. to G4560 spec. or I3 7100 as they have large difference in them or not.
Beacuse if they have not much diff. in them so I will not put my money on them than go with I5 8th Gen. not with I3 8th Gen as I5 is better than I3

25000-3500-2800=18700 inr (~275 USD) not a lot to work with.
Get cheapest i5-8400 + B360 board.

G4560, i3-6100, i3-7100 - all are really close in performance. All are 2core/4thread cpus with main difference being operating frequency.
i3-8100 - is 4core/4thread cpu, i5-8400 - 6core/6thread cpu.

There is not much of a differnce in i3 7100 and a g4560 . you just get a boost in a frequency with i3 thats all .
plsu if your budget has increased and you might be considering going with the 8th gen i will say
for the mother board ASUS TUF B360-Pro Gaming :-https://www.amazon.in/B360-Pro-Gaming-LGA1151-Motherboard-B360-PRO/dp/B07C3X8JNQ/ref=pd_sim_147_10?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=M3Y1B4SWVA82T9PQD32W
and for the processor Intel Core i5-8400 :- https://www.amazon.in/Intel-Core-i5-8400-BX80684I58400-Processor/dp/B0759FGJ3Q/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1526406060&sr=1-1&keywords=i5+8400&dpID=51iOBmNF%252B1L&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch
Both of them should round you up at (12500+14800) = 27300
But if the out of your budget i will suggest you to go for an
ryzen 5 1500x and GIGABYTE GA-AB350 this should round you up at 24000
And also if you might be considering putting games on this hardware as soon as you done building up won't suggest on a 4 gb ram try to get atleast 8 gb so that you could run latest gaming titles !

Thanks for your suggestion. But here I have 25000 for 4 items (Pro + Mobo + Ram + Hdd) not for 2 items. HDD is optional as I can continue with my old HDD 500 GB till I bought 1TB, but other 3 items were depending on each other so they have to be changed.
So here my Question is if I go with 7th gen whatever is Pro – G4560 OR i3 7100 and later go with i5 7600K when its price drop due to 8th gen as it is right now out of my budget.
So is this build including i5 7600k is good or shit according to my current builds i3 530 and all.
Because I want to see a bigger difference not a fewer as you have commented in your latest reply.
If it doesn’t make a huge difference in performance than I can wait and save more money to go with 8th gen at least i5 not i3 one.
Also you people forgot my current GPU. Also comment on it according to build.
Thanks for your Help.

i5 7600k is a huge perfomrnace step you will take and yea if you are planing to upgrade to that cpu i will say wait for a couple of months to get the market stable . but if you really want to build your machine right now i will say go for g4560 instead of an i3 cause in the future you are going to upgrade to i5 7600k !

Both are reliable companies no need to worry which one you go for ! Both has great quality in terms of product quality and customer support , well I myself has an msi one so I will say go for the msi ! Great pricing and performance !
