You need to find out what motherboard is in the laptop. Along with the CPU and RAM.
You can use the built in system information screens, Bel Arc Advisor, and CPU-z to gather specific details. (All are free.)
Then research that motherboard to see what options, if any, are available.
Two steps: 1) Understand what you already have, and 2) understand what improvements may be possible.
