Hi everyone, I have about 77,000 Indian Rupee or you can say about $1280 and I want to Upgrade my PC -

What I want is to do Gaming on 1080p resolution for next 5 years and I can't afford to replace dead parts so the Components should be of Good Quality - I'm not planning to OC as it reduces the Life Span but I would like to keep a AIO Water Cooling as in Summer, Temps in India go all the way upto 47°c ( 116°F ) - I want my PSU to be Future proof so If can get some money in the future I can upgrade my Components like another GPU maybe :)

I need 😀
Processor
MoBo
GPU
PSU ( Semi Modular would be Wonderful )
SSD ( 120GB should be enough )
Cabinet ( Should have ample room for Cable Management as well as a Side Window and It should not have any Fan on Side Windows like HAF 912 does )
AIO Liquid Cooler

Please refer to following Websites only for Part lists -

www.amazon.in

EDIT - Max I can afford is 78,000 Indian Rupee or $1300 :/ Not Single Penny more :/

Solution
Check the prices of the i5 4690K, the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming GT ATX LGA1150, the G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866, the Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid cooler, the Nvidia GTX 970, the Antec 650W ATX12V / EPS12V PSU, the Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM HDD, the Corsair 200R and the Samsung MZ-75E120B/AM SSD. I am sorry, but searching for parts on any other place than PCpartpicker is far too troublesome for me. Tell me if you go overbudget and I'll reduce some costs.

Thanks for the reply but clearly you didn't read my Requirements :/

My bad, excuse me. Try the i5 4460, the ASRock B85 Anniversary motherboard and remove the water cooler.
