Question Want to upgrade to a 3060 - have questions

I have a A320M-A PRO motherboard and it is a 3rd gen pcie ( i think, dont really know much about this ) and want to upgrade to a 3060 which uses 4th gen slot as I've read. So I wanted to know if I would be losing a noticeably in performance or if it would be fine to run with no issues. (dont know if needed, but just in case I have a 5 5600x cpu)

You will not lose any performance, on Gen 3 with that card, as it cannot fully saturate a Gen3 x16 lane slot. Even with a 3080 you wouldn't see any noticeable difference.
