Dear forum..
I am from the netherlands
6 years ago i asked you to help me build my first rig
After these years have passed, i have noticed its time to upgrade
I was wondering if i could use some of the old parts and take it to the new one

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (has actually not been overclocked ever)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (this one is still doing its job properly)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (This one needs change)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory (This will need to be 16)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card (This defenitly needs an upgrade)
Case: Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower Case (This tower does it job well so i will keep it)
Power Supply:EVGA 650W ATX12V / EPS12V (I suppose this needs replacement too)

Would this forum suggest me to go complete new, or is there something i can take from this build?
If so, are there any suggestens for a build? my budget is around 800 € more or less without monitor, mouse, keyboard or windows

Thank you for your time

Bit of a toss up on GPUs (see below), really might come down to what you play, and how much you want to increase the budget. Right on the cusp.

PSU and chassis are still good.

CPU cooler could be used on a new Intel system. You would have to check what adapters it has if it would work with a late model AMD CPU. Also old, and pumps/fans do fail. So if you have lots of hours on it, I would consider a new CPU cooler. If it is lightly used, might be good for a few more years.

Pretty much everything else has to be replaced. New CPU/Motherboard/RAM

And if you want to see an improvement in gaming performance, a new GPU as well.

Might be worth selling or re-using this system intact and building from scratch, since you aren't keeping much.

Or you can trade off for a cheaper GPU and go with the 3rd generation Ryzen chip. Either the 3600 or the 3700x for a little more CPU power.

If you wanted to stick with Intel:

Not really a recommendation, only worthwhile Intel chips are really the 8700k, 9700k, and the 9900k. Assuming you can get the first two relatively cheaply.

No CPU cooler included, so this would rely on your old CPU cooler, and only the 'in budget' GPU would work. Or you would have to look at RTX 2060 instead of RTX2060 Super.
