want to use my old C drive as a secondary drive

I’m getting a brand new custom pc build from Dinopc and i want to use my previous HDD from the computer i have now as a secondary drive. Both drives will have Windows 10 installed (the new drive is an ssd) and my question is how can i remove windows’s off the HDD? i don’t care if everything is wiped or just windows, as long as i get windows of the HDD.

Disk Management, and delete ALL partitions on it.
Merge everything into one large space, and format it.

Obviously, be sure the system works 100% from the SSD only, before you delete anything from the HDD.
