Wanted: ICS "A10" for Tron Sound Board

Just realized ICS "A10" is missing from the soundboard. I would think that
might have something to do with the lack of sound...

If you have one available let me know. Also, how can I be sure the others
have not been shuffled around?

Never mind. I found that no IC is supposed to be in that position.
