I want to buy a 2gb gpu but my monitor resolution is 1366x768.can I buy 2gb graphics card???

Yes, your resolution doesn't define how much GB your Graphics Card MUST be. If you are looking for a new card, a GTX 1050 or RX 460 would be a nice 2GB card for 1366x768. Hope this helps
