Wanted to know if my PSU can Handle the listed components.

I've recently bought a Cooler Master GX650W 80+ bronze smps and saving some bucks for buying a fx 8350 and asus r9 280x dc2top 3gb,just i want to make sure if my psu is sufficient enough for them or i have to look for any corsair/seasonic PSU.

For the 650W number it does, but from reviews it maybe has the +12V problem, if you can change it to other brand you are better to get like seasonic. xfx, other of the corsair and antec.
Like the Antec NeoECO C NeoECO 620C 620W, or other brand Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-650 650W.
